What motivates you about being a motivator?
I always strive to be a part of positive change in the lives of others. Being a motivator at YEG will allow me to positively alter someone's mood, someone’s health, someone's day, or maybe even someone's life. Exercise plays a huge role in my life, but it's the positive outcomes exercise generates that is truly beautiful. YEG is such a great place for me to be in order to support my values, and share them with members of our community. How could I not be motivated!?

How would you describe your style of classes at YEG?
My classes will give you the chance to have fun, let go, and party in those pedals- but also to dig deep, and to reflect on why you're sitting in that saddle. The music I choose is mostly a combination of electronic and pop, some good remixes, with 1 or 2 more mellow songs dedicated for the Bikergang to focus on their intentions and goals. Don't be surprised if some classic rock anthems are thrown in from time to time! 

What are your guilty pleasures?
Donuts, with sprinkles- duh. Oh, and copious amounts of popcorn.
