What motivates you about being a Motivator?
The human connection is my passion. My goal is to motivate and inspire, while continuing to be inspired by the beautiful people I meet each day.
The ability to push our bodies through physical and mental challenges as a team, and genuinely congratulating one another when the class is complete, fuels my motivation to push through, and drives my energy to motivate others – we are all in it together, and it is a beautiful thing. How Would You Describe your Classes at YEG Cycle?
Authentic. Sweaty. Fun. Connected.
Music is my thing, and my promise is to never settle for anything less than a playlist full of songs that make you want to push harder, and to carry through your day feeling like a badass. I love anything with a good beat, a heavy beat. During any form of physical activity, especially cardio, rap/hip-hop/trap have been my go-to’s.
I will always have a healthy mix of old and new, a few remixes, and likely a single from top 40 for good measure. (Never-Guilty) Guilty Pleasure

Waking up bright and early to set productive intention, grabbing an americano-misto to-go, highway driving with good music and conversation to a destination of trees, water, mountains – with that, brings the freshest air. The season would be the transition between summer and fall, when the sun is still bright and warm, and the smell of leaves is prominent.
