What motivates you about being a Motivator?
Energy. Community. Inspiration. I truly believe that the decision and ability to change comes from within; I am motivated by seeing everyone in the room push themselves to their limits exploding past that point where they think they can’t go on. I thrive on helping people see their own strength and letting them find their own source of change and determination. Being a motivator not only provides me with a platform to help inspire the change of others, but allows me with the opportunity to be inspired myself. And hey, flashing lights and loud music makes all the more fun.How would you describe your style of classes at YEG?
Sweat-filled, empowering, inclusive fun. My classes are all about that hard-working feel good mentality. An eclectic mix of hip hop, R&B, top 40 and everything in between will keep you smilin’, groovin’, and lit during the class and well into the rest of your day. Let’s get it!If you’re not burning imaginary rubber (uphill both ways) on a spin bike, what can we find you doing?
Chances are I’m doing something theatre related: watching, acting, leading a workshop! I could also be found drinking coffee and daydreaming about far off places I want to go! Or buying shoes. Or clothes. If you were an amusement park ride, what would you be, and why?
Uhh, I don’t know! Probably a roller coaster that’s not too crazy, or swings or something, but they go super high so they’re fun and not boring. Or maybe like a wet splash zone water type ride, because let’s face it, in a spin class we get sweaty! How can we find you on #instagram?
