“My first class was last January, when my friend Sydney was teaching a class at the studio, another friend and I went to check it out. Since then, many of the motivators and their playlists keep me coming back. My first 6am class was rough because I'm not a morning person, but it felt great to accomplish an early morning work out. Motivation is what I have taken from YEG Cycle. For me, this encourages the desire to be in good shape; I'm in much better shape overall than I was a year ago. Spin has played a big role in this.”
