10 BIKERGANG THOUGHTS IN SPIN

Well well well, if you thought you were the only one to think that way... you played yourself! But...there’s so much more we have to share with the rest of the Bikergang when it comes to the thoughts that cross our mind during a spin class.
1. “If I cycle any faster, my legs are going to fly off of my body.”
The 30-second race is in the house, Bikergang! Let’s go!
2. “Yesss, that’s my SONG!!”*channels inner Christina Aguilera*
The utter excitement when the mo plays your song request, so you pump and dip to the beat like never before, and sing your heart out. Trust us, our mos love it when you get into the moment along with them!
3. “Please don’t say full turn, please don’t say it... Ugh, so close..” *does a half turn instead*
Just when you thought it was about to end, your mo switches the game up on you--surprise! We promise it’s only because we believe in your strength, Bikergang.
4. “Hmm, why are my legs not at the same speed as the rest of the Bikergang..”
The new spinster that’s unsure on what’s going on in their first class, so they look around wondering how fast or slow they should be going. Hear us out, we’ve all been there when we first started out and it does get better the more you spin!
5. “Hey mo, are we cooling down anytime soon?!”
You’ve worked so hard and you can’t take it anymore that your heart is beating outside of your chest. You’re waiting for your mo to cue in the fan for the cooldown you’re looking for. Don’t worry, we see you- the fan will come on if you keep spinning ;)
6. “My quads are on fiiiiiiiire” *Alicia Keys*
You climbed, you hovered, you jogged, you’ve done three sets of each and you ride through the burn because your quads are already numb. So why not?
7. “Why did I double... Why did I do this to myself.”
You walk into the studio feeling like the spin king or queen. Halfway through class, you find yourself regretting signing up for a double during the hardest set of your life. Just know that we admire your determination, so don’t give up!
8. “Remember how GOOOD you’re gonna feel when the class is over.”
As much as you want to let down your arms during a weight track, turn the tension down or click off your shoes- you remind yourself what you came in to do. You came in to conquer and you kept your word. You’re making us tear up Bikergang :’)
9. “How does the mo talk and spin at the same time...”
You’re climbing that hill, desperately trying to catch your breath and you look up at your mo, wondering how do they ever keep their composure. Sorry to break it to you, but they’re equally dying too- on the inside that is
10. “Nope, not gonna do it. I am not going to stand up. It’s me time at hand position one mo.”
It’s important to keep yourself in check while you’re spinning. If you sense something feels wrong or off within your body, please do take that hand position from three to one! We want you to be safe and the party doesn’t stop, even when you’re here!
