10 TIPS TO HELP YOU CRUSH YOUR 2020 CHALLENGE


It’s the eve of our 2020 Challenge here at YEG Cycle!

Take part in our challenge from January 15 to February 15. Get 20% off merchandise for the duration of your 10th ride visit. 20 classes in, you get a GOLD WATERBOTTLE and can enter to WIN A YEAR OF UNLIMITED SPIN!

We thought we'd give you some tips for crushing this challenge. Let's start off 2020 strong! 3 2 1 let's go!!

10 TIPS TO HELP YOU CRUSH YOUR 2020 CHALLENGE

  1. Don’t think of hitting 20 classes - just think about going to class today. Take the challenge one day at a time.
  2. Think about how great you’ll feel after class. The post-spin glow is real, y’all. You know it, we know it. You'll feel awesome after riding.
  3. Register for your classes early. Plan your day around going to class.
  4. Lay out your workout clothes the night before if you’re crushing a morning class.
  5. Or if you’re hitting up a class after work, make sure your workout bag is in your car so you can head straight there!
  6. Sometimes life happens, and you can’t make it to that 6AM class. Don’t sweat it! Start again after work. Or tomorrow morning! Remember that there are 30 days in the challenge. Just keep going.
  7. Partner up with a Spin Buddy! Hold each other accountable! Don’t let your friend down!
  8. Celebrate every step of the way. It can be something small, like a coffee after class or Netflix when you get home. (& remember that you get 20% off merch halfway through the challenge! Treat yo’self!)
  9. Remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. You don’t need to rock the heaviest weights or grind it out at your maximum every single day. Pace yourself.
  10. (Most important) HAVE FUN!
