As Bikergang, we’re out there giving it our all, digging through climbs, grooving out to pump and dips, and annihilating the weight track! We love the feeling our MOs gives us during class - but have you ever wondered what moments lights up the MOs? We asked some of our MOs what their favorite spin moments are in class and this is what they had to say!
“Watching people let go and zone out, leaving all their stresses at the door and coming out feeling lighter and better about themselves.”
“When it comes to my favourite moment in class, I have to say it’s genuinely when I look out at the Bikergang and see every single individual in that room, giving it their all and stepping out of their comfort zone. When I look up at after asking them to give just that one-percent more, to push out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves, and seeing every single person does- that is my favourite moment in class. It leaves me with the biggest smile on my face, and feeling proud of the Bikergang. When I look out and everyone adds in more, or you see a regular getting stronger on that bike, there is nothing more rewarding. My cheeks have been hurting a lot from how much I have been smiling in and after class, and it’s all because of the Bikergang. The Bikergang makes me proud on the daily, and my favourite moment is seeing them succeed and grow out of their comfort zone.”
“My favourite part of class is when you finish a particularly hard weight track, drop the weights, and you can hear the whole room sigh together in relief.”
My favourite part of class hands down, is post class high fives. Spin is really hard and seeing a smile from everyone on their way out is literally the coolest thing. Whether it’s from a regular Bikergang member saying “that’s exactly what I needed” or a first time Bikergang saying “that was actually so fun”- it’s so cool. Even when I ride as Bikergang in someone’s class, the post class high five is my favourite part because it’s super empowering walking out of the class so energized, knowing I just did something super necessary for myself, and KILLED. IT.
“Holding space to allow people to be free with their bodies. I get a front row seat to watch all you shine so bright.”
At the end of the day, we couldn’t do it without you Bikergang. You light us up, inspire and motivate us more than you’ll ever know. What you give us in the room is our greatest reward. We love you!
