Connecting with humans lights me up like no other. I’m so keen to elevate the world around me, allowing everyone space to be comfortable and show up as they are, and holding space for others to grow and actualize who they want to be, either on the bike or outside of the spin room. I want to make the world a better, more inclusive place for all people, of all kinds, of all situations, and am always looking to learn how I can do that better.
